The Ingryd Scholarship Program (ISP) is an initiative that aims to transform individuals into mid-level technological talent. ISP offers training in various fields such as Java, Linux, Cybersecurity, and Data Science. The program’s primary goal is to train as many as 4,000 people each year. What’s even more impressive is the program’s commitment to secure employment for its participants after completing the training.
Strategic Partnerships: Uniting for Technological Empowerment in Africa.
Ingrid has partnered with the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) to achieve its visionary goal. This strategic alliance exemplifies the shared commitment of both organizations to strengthen the future of technological talent in Africa. This partnership aims to create an environment where innovative ideas thrive, tech careers prosper, and the continent’s technical potential is fully realized.
“Program Phases: Structured Learning for Maximum Impact” is a staggered education approach aiming to achieve maximum impact through structured learning.
The ISP will start its first cohort in October, with 1,000 promising participants. Over the next 12 months, three more cohorts will be enrolled. This staggered educational model has been developed to provide each participant with a comprehensive and beneficial learning experience.
The courses offered by ISP are the cornerstones of your tech career. They are categorized into various training categories to help you choose the right path towards your career goals.
Participants can choose from a variety of courses offered by the Ingryd Scholarship Program.

Benefits: Why ISP Stands Out
One of the reasons why ISP stands out is because it offers practical experience through internships.
The ISP has a unique six-month program that incorporates a three-month paid internship. This aspect allows students to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world situations, thereby bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience and prepare students for their future careers.
